From having had bad control, it is now possible to describe our maintenance routines as being very good. Having used AM Maintenance for six months, we have now entered a large part of our machines and nearly 700 stored items, and this is being tied together as we go along. The biggest advantage of the program is that it is easy to use and flexible. Not so long ago the repair crew was trained so that they themselves can get and return reports on their maintenance. We have also started the preventive maintenance, so now we are moving along quite well.
